Returns Policy

We will gladly exchange your product on the following conditions:

• You have your original proof of purchase (till slip, tax invoice)
• It is within our 14 day exchange period from the date of purchase
• The product/s is in its original packaging and is in the same condition as when it was purchased.

All exchanges to be issued back in the form of a voucher without an expiry limit.

10% service fee could be levied at our discretion

Items that need to be collected for refund or exchange will incur a pickup fee .

Unfortunately, we will not be able to return the following:

• Any item which was cut to measure or customized as per your request.
• Any special item or non-listed item ordered as per your request
• Paint tinted/mixed to your requirement/color
• Powertools and Machinery (subject to manufacturers T’s &C’s)
• Items that are misused purposely damaged not intended for the application it was purchased.

Defective products returned will be replaced, refunded, or repaired upon evaluation from ourselves, as well as the manufacturer/supplier, provided it is within 6 months from the date of purchase.
