Personal Interaction

All Orders placed online will be personally handled in-store by a member of our experienced sales team who will update clients with the status of the order and their delivery schedule.

Online orders can be paid by Debit Card , Credit Card or Electronic Fund Transfer.

Click and Collect

Orders can be placed online for collection at our store and warehouse in Strand . Payment for orders can be done online , electronically or in store at our till points.

Secure and Protected Payments

Payments by Debit Card and Credit Cards are processed through a secure payment gateway powered by Peach Payments .  All Card transactions are processed over a secure, encrypted gateway that verifies the card information.

We accept Mastercard, Visa , American Express , Payflex , Mobicred , Zero Pay , Apple Pay and 1Voucher.

In the unlikely event we do not have stock of a certain item ordered, our sales team will update clients prior to processing the value of the transaction. Clients will be offered an alternative item, a higher priced item to the same value, option to cancel the item on the order, or delivery at a later date. Payment value will only be processed for the goods you will receive.

Electronic Funds Transfer ( Clearance required ) 

Once an order has been placed online for electronic transfer payment, a client will use their name and order number as reference when making payment. All electronic payments are cleared in store by our finance department as per the standard electronic banking regulation timeframes. The order will then be processed once the payment has been cleared in our account.

We reccomend card payments for all urgent orders.  

It would be best for a client to transfer funds after receiving the order confirmation from a sales team member. For urgent orders, or payments from other banks, we would advise that all electronic payments be done using immediate payment clearance to prevent delays. Clients paying from Standard Bank for the first time will need to wait 24-48hours for clearance. 

In the unlikely event we do not have stock of a item ordered, our sales team will update a client , who will be offered an alternative item, a higher priced item to the same value, option to cancel the item on the order, or delivery at a later date. An electronic refund will be processed should a client wish to cancel the item.

Online Exclusive Deals

Online Exclusive Deals will only be valid for orders placed online.  A client will be allowed to place and pay for their orders instore using their mobile phone to allow for the online exclusive special pricing. Please allow us a little more time than usual to have the order processed and then prepared.

Promotional Pricing In-Store

Orders placed online for items that have special promotional pricing in-store, will be invoiced at the in-store promotional price. The transaction value will only be processed for the value of the invoice and not the value of the order. A member of our sales team will inform clients of the special pricing accordingly.

Delivery

Orders placed online will be delivered from our Store & Warehouse within 24- 48 hours of receiving your order and payment. In the event we are able to deliver the Order the same day , our logistics department will make contact with the client to make arrangements.

For added convenience to our clients, we utilise the services of reputable and reliable courier service for smaller orders which can be packaged in boxes, sealed and does not require labour to be delivered.
