• Delivery within 24-48 Hours upon receiving cleared payment via EFT
• We offload within 5 Meters from vehicle only
• Trucks & Vehicles only allowed to park on street & not on property

Payments can be made via EFT . We bank with Standard Bank

If your order is urgent we kindly request that you complete an immediate transfer to prevent any delays. Goods will only be released for delivery or collection once the payment is reflecting in our account and has been cleared by our finance department.

Delivery will take place within 72 hours of receiving payment. Delivery times may differ on orders placed/paid on a Friday Saturday , Sunday and Public Holidays ; You are more than welcome to give us a call so that we can follow up on your delivery for you or email us at info@1uphardware.co.za

Our Online Store is Open throughout the Festive Season.

Online Deliveries will take place on the Days the Store is Trading  .

Our Store will be closed on the 25th and 26 December  as well as the 1st and 2nd January.

Deliveries will take place on the 28th ,29th and 30th December.

We will not be delivering any orders on the 31st December and  Normal delivery schedule will resume on the 3rd January.

Yes you are most welcome to order from any other area outisde of our shipping zones using the local pickup option. You can then arrange your own collection of your order or your own courier service and collect at our store in Strand , Cape Town.
